Integrating Your NRDS Number with DocuSign
To access state and association forms in DocuSign, validate your NRDS number and local board association. Steps:
- Log into DocuSign.
- Click your picture or initials in the top-right corner.
- In the dropdown, click Switch to Rooms. (If you only see “Switch to eSignature,” you’re already in Rooms.)
- In the same dropdown, click Preferences.
- On the left-hand side, click Integrations.
- Click Add Provider.
- Click the blue REALTOR logo.
- Type your NRDS number. Don’t know it? Click Find your NRDS ID.
- Select your local Realtor association (GBBR, GCAAR, NVAR, etc., based on where you’re licensed).
- Click Validate.
Once validated, you’ll have access to forms in DocuSign.
