2. If you run into one of these situations, you may wish to tell them you predominately work with buyers and refer them to sites like apartments.com because it will be hard to find them a house to rent.

3. Add them to your database, as they may turn into future buyers.

4. Rental homes will be listed on Bright MLS under "Residential Lease".
