Getting the Most Out of Our Logos

• Start with full color. It’s our signature look and recognizable anywhere! Reach for the white or reversed versions when your background calls for extra contrast, and grayscale when you’re printing in a single color.
• Make contrast your best friend. Use full color or black logos on light backgrounds, and white or reversed logos on dark backgrounds. A quick tip: if it’s hard to read at a glance, swapping the file version usually does the trick.
• Give it room to breathe. Keep a little clear space around all four sides (about the height of the KW block). Adding this bit of padding is the easiest way to make any flyer look polished and professional.
• Scale from the corners. When resizing your logo in graphic tools, always drag from a corner to keep the proportions locked so the design stays sharp and true.
• Going big? Grab the vector file. For large items like yard signs, banners, or vehicle wraps, send your print shop the .eps file instead of a .png so everything prints crisp.
• Ready to go right out of the box. Our logos are pre-formatted and print-ready! No extra tweaks, drop shadows, or recoloring needed.
• Honoring the REALTOR® trademark. The REALTOR® logo is for members in good standing, and standard NAR guidelines apply (like using the ® symbol and full capitalization). It only takes a quick minute to review their latest guidelines if you ever need a refresher.
• Keep compliance effortless. Double-check your state and local advertising rules before heading to print so all your required brokerage disclosures are covered.
