Marketing 101 for real estate listings, including how price, product, placement, and promotion work together when a listing is launching, sitting, or being repositioned. How to identify the story of the listing using seller conversations, buyer feedback, showing notes, neighborhood context, condition, layout, and pricing strategy. How to record what is already happening in the business: showings, objections, seller questions, buyer reactions, and the conversations agents are already having every week. How to turn those moments into useful listing content: short videos, posts, emails, follow-up pieces, and seller updates that support the strategy behind the listing. My goal would be for them to leave with a practical way to talk about their listings, their pricing strategy, and the daily work they’re already doing for their sellers.
