Integrating Your NRDS Number With Your DocuSign

1. Log into DocuSign.

2. Click your picture or your initials at the top, right-hand corner of the webpage.

3. In the dropdown, click “Switch to Rooms”. If you only see “Switch to eSignature”, then you’re already in the right place.

4. In the same dropdown, click “Preferences”.

5. On the left-hand side of the screen, click, “Integrations”.

6. Click “Add Provider”.

7. Click the blue REALTOR logo.

8. Type in your NRDS number. If you don’t know it, click “Find your NRDS ID”.

9. Select your association. This should be the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

10. Click “validate”.

In order to access forms in DocuSign, you need to validate your NRDS number and local board association. Here are the steps to add your NRDS number to DocuSign:

Once you have completed this validation, you will have access to forms in DocuSign.
